Besides it will also examine and measure company’s existing energy efficiency practices and policies that will lead to the opportunity of benchmarking with other companies for further improvements. This system will be available online for easy accessibility and automated tabulation of results. SEEKS would allow organizations to benchmark their SEEKS across companies. The benchmarking and comparison may contribute to the industry as whole towards engaging energy efficiency practice as part of their routine operation. It is the first innovative online measurement tool in assessing the staff knowledge, attitude and action towards energy efficiency within organization. SEEKS would be of interest to all organizations interested in enhancing their energy efficiency policies for greater effectiveness. The results of SEEKS will be a guidance for more targeted policies to enhance energy efficiency efforts within an organization. Suhaimi Bin Sudin, Zuliawati Binti Mohamed Saad, Christine Cheah; Personality, Emotional Intelligence Learning Style Dashboard [Peils Dashboard]; Uniten Research Exposition 2014 (Unirex); Achievement: Innovative Ideas AwardThe PEILS Dashboard is an enhanced and integrated technique of identifying employee’s personality, emotional intelligence levels and learning style. The result of PEILS is displayed in a graphic form. Selection can be made for the system to display either individual employee score or overall department / division score. It would be useful to employees as PEILS results would help them to understand their individual andragogical learning strategy. As for the trainer and the HR department, it would be valuable for them to substantiate and formulate training methods that will enhance employees’ learning capability and increase the level of training transfers.The main advantage of PEILS Dashboard is that user can view the results of PEILS in the form of graphic display which enhance understanding. Besides, trainers can gauge the PEILS of employees and tailor the training approach according to the needs of majority group of employees. Furthermore, employees can identify their own individual PEILS result and decide which learning techniques that is appropriate for their own personal development. PEILS Dashboard could also be used to have more customized approach of training which is tailored to the employee learning style that will ensure the effectiveness of the training. PEILS Dashboard is the pioneer in linking the personality, emotional intelligence and training style as a consolidated measurement and graphical display output. This concept was subjected to identify the sources, indicators and methods of measuring carbon emissions that will help in policy and guidelines development. The outcomes can be serve as knowledge know how besides of becoming a reference to the policy maker in order to measure the carbon footprint at Telecommunication industry. Furthermore, contribution of the knowledge for sustainability development so that the knowledge to preserve ecosystem will be in concern as well as emergence of new carbon footprint calculator for Telecommunication industry for future generation which will helps for benchmarking. The relevant campaigns and programmes are continuously being structured at various levels either national, organizational or domestic (household). The energy efficiency practices is also valued to contribute towards cost efficiency. Consequently, many organizations have formulated policies and are implementing number of programmes to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy within their company. A key challenge of current policy effort is to promote energy saving actions and to identify the key determinants that influence staff’s saving behaviors.
