By JomPay

  • Accommodation Fee only

To pay accommodation fee via JomPay

  1. Logon to mobile banking and look for JomPAY

  2. Enter the
    - JomPAY Biller Code: 39438
    - Ref-1: Identity Card (ID) number
    - Ref-2: Student’s ID number

  3. Confirm your payment from your Current, Savings or Credit Card account.

By JomPay

  • Tuition Fee
  • Other Fees

To pay tuition fee and other fees via JomPay

  1. Logon to mobile banking and look for JomPAY

  2. Enter the
    - JomPAY Biller Code: 69096
    - Ref-1: Identity Card (ID) number
    - Ref-2: Student’s ID number

  3. Confirm your payment from your Current, Savings or Credit Card account.

Note: RM0.30 will be charged for every JomPay Transaction

For payment using JomPay platform using other than Bank Islam:

  • Payment made before 5pm - students' ledger balance will be updated the following day
  • Payment made after 5pm- students' ledger balance will only be updated after 2 days. 

By Internet Banking

Pay online anytime worldwide through online banking systems (payment of bills - for savings and current accounts only)

By FPX payment / UNITEN i-Pay

This allows you to make online payments from any one of your existing internet banking accounts (Maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Online, Maybank2e.net, PBeBank.com & RHB Bank). It is available daily from 1.00 am to 11.59 pm.

To initiate the payment, please:

  1. Log in to Student Info - https://info.uniten.edu.my/info
  2. Choose Ledger Balance
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Click "Initiate i-Pay"
  5. Follow the instructions.

By Cash

You can pay using cash (up to RM500) over the UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC) Finance Counter in both Putrajaya and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah campuses.

By Credit / Debit Card

Kindly follow the steps for payment by Credit / Debit Card as follows:

  1. You are advice to fill in the Payment Credit Card Form (Download).
  2. Kindly emailed the form to Finance Department: financehelpdesk@uniten.edu.my and ainna@uniten.edu.my
  3. Finance department will process the payment as per submission.
  4. Receipt of payment will be given once the payment has been approved by bank.

Any incomplete form will not be processed.

You can also pay using Credit / Debit Card over the UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC) Finance Counter in both Putrajaya and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah campuses.


By Cheque

We accept banker's Cheque payable to: UNIVERSITI TENAGA NASIONAL SDN BHD

Clearance of Payment Due to UNITEN

Payments must be made in FULL within 2 weeks from the date of the last invoice. Failure to do so will result in Financial Blocking. Upon this blocking, student will be barred from:

  • Doing pre-registration for next semester
  • Sitting for final examination
  • Viewing examination result online
  • Obtaining examination results slip
  • Doing add & drop at the beginning of next semester
  • Using certain facilities in UNITEN
