>> JAKIM-UNITEN Tahfiz Al-Quran Certification is a well-established programme developed by UNITEN in collaboration with Darul Quran, Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM). The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) has been signed between UNITEN and Darul Quran, JAKIM, which was officiated by YB Dato' Dr. Masyitah Haji Ibrahim, the then Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department.

>> Pensijilan Tahfiz Al-Quran JAKIM-UNITEN (Tahfiz Al-Quran JAKIM-UNITEN Certification) is conducted under the UNITEN Islamic Centre (UIC). It is assisted by a Unit Coordinator and supported by five lecturers. UNITEN Islamic Centre (UIC) serves as the focal point of learning environment. The program is distinctive and unique in that students who take part in it will attend both academic studies and Tahfiz classes within the same semester in concurrent sessions.

>> Pensijilan Tahfiz Al-Quran JAKIM-UNITEN (Tahfiz Al-Quran JAKIM-UNITEN Certification) is designed specifically to generate professional graduates in engineering, computer science, information technology, accounting, economics, management and business fields with Al-Quran. As a result, the incorporation of Islamic sciences and these fields is projected to have a fresh impact on the educational transformation process, resulting in the creation of a holistic and integrated human capital.

>> Tahfiz UNITEN has reached the age of 10 years (2002-2022). The recruitment of Tahfiz UNITEN students is now entering its 12th generation.
