SUBJECT REGISTRATION UPDATE

We are informing all students that subject registration will reopen today, 10 January 2024 at 3 PM. Below is an update on what has been fixed during the closure:

Clashing Errors |
We’ve fixed timetable clashes. If you still see any, please fill out the form at the registrar's counter in UCC using the QR code. |

Tahfiz Students' Timetables |
Some subjects were missing for Tahfiz students. This has been fixed, and the timetable is updated based on feedback. |

Full Class Capacity for Tahfiz Students |
Some classes were full. Non-Tahfiz students were reassigned. For Foundation UBS, Tahfiz students were moved to available sections. |
Note: All changes have been communicated to the colleges.

Tickets will be issued starting at 8:30 AM. Students who wish to add subjects outside of the advising process can register during this slot. |
