Convocation Ceremony Guidelines

Convocation Process Flow
A. Check Status
Check your items as below:
- Check your convocation status and session via https://info365.uniten.edu.my/info365.
- Please read the CONVOCATION TERMS and CONDITIONS.
- If you have difficulty in accessing the above link (e.g. forget the password, username) kindly forward your request to https://www.uniten.edu.my/i-recommend.
Note: Graduates who have outstanding debts with the university, will not be able to access the convocation system. In order to attend the convocation ceremony, you are advised to settle all debts with the university (if any) before 20 October 2023. You may contact the Finance and Procurement Department via email financehelpdesk@uniten.edu.my.
B. Make Payment
Convocation Fees is RM255.00.

NEW UPDATE!
For graduates who have taken the degree/diploma certificate in advance, there will be a deposit of RM600.00 for the academic attire (deposit will be returned within 3 working days [local bank only] after the date of returning the academic attire to the convocation secretariat and subject to the academic attire is in good condition. Please state the recipient's bank name and recipient account number when filling in the convocation attendance for a refund).
C. Collect Convocation Attire
Please refer to the schedule in the Collection of Academic Attire

E. Return Convocation Attire
Please return the Convocation Attire according to Return of Academic Attire Schedule.
Collect your Certificate
Certificates will be distributed to graduates upon the return of the convocation attire (in good condition) and upon obtaining financial clearance (tuition fee, accommodation, fines, library fees, etc)
