The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) UNITEN: Empowering Student Leadership
Founded in 1998, the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) has stood as a pillar of student governance, striving to represent the voice of the student body. Composed of democratically elected student leaders, the SRC is committed to addressing student concerns and ensuring a positive and supportive campus environment. The Big 3: Skuad Media UNITEN, EmceeVengers, and NADi

In addition to the Students’ Representative Council (SRC), three influential student organizations stand as the backbone of SRC, playing a pivotal role in promoting the university and supporting various events and programs. The Big 3—Skuad Media Uniten (SMU), EmceeVengers (EV), and NADi—are key collaborators for nearly every program at UNITEN, helping to ensure the university’s vibrant presence both on and off-campus.

Skuad Media UNITEN (SMU) is an organization providing photography, videography, and poster design services for program promotions. SMU services are available to clubs via direct application, independent of the Student Representative Council (SRC), and the organization reserves the right to accept or decline requests. SMU is also involved in the SRC through appointed members managing multimedia for SRC programs.

EmceeVengers (EV) is a specialized body in event protocol management, ensuring smooth event flow through proper protocol, time management, and coordination. Beyond just hosting as Masters of Ceremony (MCs), EV plays a key role in maintaining professionalism and decorum, especially when handling distinguished guests. Additionally, EV may organize training courses for both formal and informal emceeing, along with protocol workshops and etiquette sessions to enhance event management skills.

NADi serves as the heart and soul of the SRC, dedicated to publishing articles on programs and initiatives conducted by the Students’ Representative Council (SRC). It operates through the SRC’s official website as its primary platform for written content.
