About Global Exchange & Mobility (GEM)
As part of UNITEN’s commitment to internationalisation, the Global Exchange & Mobility (GEM) initiative provides opportunities for international students to study and participate in academic activities at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). Through GEM, students from universities around the world can join mobility programmes that encourage academic exchange, cultural interaction, and international collaboration.
GEM offers a variety of mobility opportunities, including semester exchange, research internships, and short-term academic programmes. These initiatives allow students to engage with new academic environments, interact with diverse perspectives, and broaden their global outlook.
Beyond academics, students participating in GEM can also experience Malaysia’s diverse culture and UNITEN’s vibrant campus life while connecting with peers from different backgrounds.
